Why are my steps not updating?

Stompers reads steps from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. It needs permission to read your step data to keep your activity updated.

Open Stompers and go to Me, Settings, then Step syncing tutorial. If your steps still look wrong, go to Me, Settings, More options, then Sync max steps data.

Also make sure Stompers is updated to the latest version. If it still does not sync, go to Me, Settings, then Report incorrect steps to send a diagnostic report.

How do I allow Stompers to access my steps?

On iPhone, open the Health app, tap your profile icon, choose Apps, then Stompers and confirm step access is enabled. Also check iPhone Settings, Privacy and Security, Motion and Fitness, and make sure Fitness Tracking and Stompers are turned on.

On Android, open Stompers and go to Me, Settings, then Health Connect connection. In Health Connect, choose App permissions, Stompers, and allow access to Steps.

Android also needs a step provider, such as Samsung Health or Fitbit, to share its Steps data with Health Connect. Stompers cannot grant another app permission to share that data.

Why are my Stompers steps different from Apple Health?

Small differences can happen while Stompers is waiting for the latest Apple Health data.

If the difference is large or does not correct after reopening the app, go to Me, Settings, then Report incorrect steps. Attach a screenshot from the Health app and send the diagnostic report; you do not need to enter the difference manually.

Does Stompers support Apple Watch, Samsung Health, Garmin, or Fitbit?

Stompers does not read steps directly from a watch or fitness-provider account. It reads step data from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android.

Apple Watch normally writes its steps to Apple Health. Samsung Health, Fitbit, Garmin, and other providers must be configured to share Steps with Apple Health or Health Connect, and support depends on the provider.

If your provider's steps do not appear in Apple Health or Health Connect, Stompers cannot import them. Open the provider app, finish its sync, confirm the steps appear in the platform health app, then reopen Stompers.

I am not receiving my verification code. What should I try?

Double-check your phone number and country code, then wait a minute before requesting another code.

If the code still does not arrive, contact support with your phone number, country code, cellular provider, device, and a screenshot of where you are stuck.

Some cellular providers have trouble processing authentication codes, so support may need those details to investigate.

I need to change my phone number. What should I do?

If you need to change the phone number on your account, contact support with your Stompers username and the new phone number.

Support may need to help manually or advise you on the correct recovery path.

I got a new phone and cannot log in. What should I do?

Use the same phone number or sign-in method you used when you created your Stompers account.

If Stompers looks like it made a new account, contact support with your old username, new username if one was created, phone number, and any screenshots that show the issue.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your Stompers account and associated data from inside the app. Go to the Me tab, open settings with the gear icon, then choose Delete account.

If you cannot access the app, request deletion from Stompers, LLC by using the email button below. Include your Stompers username and the phone number or sign-in email associated with the account so support can locate it. Never send a password or verification code.

Stompers will delete your account and associated account data, except information that must be retained for legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your Stompers account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.

How do I request a refund?

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Apple told me to contact Stompers. What should I do?

Apple controls App Store refunds and billing decisions, so Stompers cannot issue refunds directly from support email.

If Apple asks for more context, contact support with your Stompers username, the date of the charge, and a screenshot of the Apple message so the team can help explain the issue clearly.

How do I cancel Super Stompers?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple from your iPhone settings or App Store account.

Open the App Store, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, then select Stompers to manage or cancel your subscription.

Is Stompers available on Android?

Yes. Stompers is available for Android on Google Play.

Why did I not get my coins or item?

If coins or an item are missing, fully close and reopen Stompers first.

If they still do not appear, contact support with your username, what you expected to receive, when it happened, and any screenshots or receipts. Support can review coin and item issues, but App Store payment refunds still go through Apple.

How often do items appear?

Items appear periodically. If there are no items nearby, new items should spawn after about 2 hours.

Why do games end at 9pm?

Daily games end at 9pm in your timezone so everyone has time to review the day's results.

If evening walks are not showing how you expect, contact support with your username and screenshots of the challenge.

Can I change the competition end time?

The normal daily game ends at 9pm.

Competition end times cannot be changed from the standard daily schedule right now.

Why was I charged after a trial?

Apple starts billing when a trial converts into a paid subscription unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.

If you did not mean to continue, cancel the subscription in your Apple account and request a refund through Apple.

What if Apple Health is not recording my steps?

If Apple Health is not recording your steps, Stompers cannot sync them.

First confirm that your iPhone Health app is counting steps correctly. Once Apple Health is recording steps again, reopen Stompers and sync your steps.

Samsung Health shows steps, but Stompers shows zero. What should I do?

Stompers reads Android steps from Health Connect, not directly from Samsung Health. Allowing Stompers to read steps does not automatically allow Samsung Health to share them with Health Connect.

In Samsung Health, open Settings, Health Connect, App permissions, then Samsung Health. Make sure sharing for Steps is allowed. Return to Samsung Health, open Sync with Samsung account, and tap Sync now.

In Health Connect, check Data and access for recent Steps data. If Samsung Health steps do not appear there, Stompers cannot import them yet. Once they appear, reopen Stompers and sync again.

How do I report inaccurate steps?

First, open the Health app and take a screenshot that shows the step count that looks inaccurate.

In Stompers, go to Me, Settings, then Report incorrect steps. Choose the Health app screenshot and tap Send diagnostics.

You do not need to choose a date or enter a step count. Stompers automatically includes step samples, stored totals, source and device details, and games from the last seven days. Sending a report does not change your Stompers step count.

Why did my leaderboard or winner change after the day ended?

Leaderboards can change after the day ends if someone had not synced their latest steps yet and Stompers receives updated Apple Health data later.

If the final result still looks wrong after reopening the app, contact support with screenshots, your username, and the competition details.

Why does my game show fewer steps than Apple Health or Health Connect?

Your daily Health total and a game score can cover different time ranges.

A game counts only steps inside its scoring window. When 24-hour mode is off, steps recorded after the game enters night mode can still appear in Apple Health, Health Connect, and your Stompers daily total without counting in that game.

Want eligible steps to keep counting after night mode? Super Stompers unlocks 24-hour mode so they can count until the game ends. In Stompers, open a game and tap Unlock 24-hour mode, or go to Me, Settings, then Get Super Stompers.

Reopen Stompers to sync eligible steps from the game's scoring window. Steps recorded outside that window will not be added to the game.

Why does my leaderboard look wrong?

Leaderboards can temporarily look out of date if your steps have not synced yet or a friend has not opened Stompers recently.

If the leaderboard still looks wrong after reopening the app, contact support with your username and what you expected to see.

I entered the wrong phone number. Can I fix it?

If you typed the wrong number during signup or login, try going back and entering the correct phone number with the right country code.

If you cannot get back to that step, contact support with your username, the wrong number if you know it, and the correct phone number.

I cannot log in. What should I try?

First, make sure you are using the same sign-in method and phone number or Apple account you used when creating your Stompers account.

If you are still stuck, contact support and include your username, phone number or Apple sign-in email, and a screenshot of the error.

How do I add friends?

If an invite link is not working, ask your friend to open it on their iPhone and make sure Stompers is installed or updated.

Why is my invite link not working?

Invite links work best when opened on an iPhone with the latest version of Stompers installed.

If the link still fails, send support the invite link, your username, and your friend's username if they have one.

Why did my friends disappear or look different?

Why did my power-up not work?

If a power-up looked wrong, send support your username, your friend's username, the item used, and a screenshot or screen recording of the result.

Why does the camera or item screen show an error?

Try updating Stompers, fully closing the app, and reopening it.

If the error keeps showing, send support your device model, iOS version, Stompers app version, and a screenshot of the error.

Why did rankings change after time ended?

Rankings can move if final steps sync late from Apple Health or if a player opens Stompers after being offline.

Open Stompers before the challenge ends when possible, and contact support if the final winner still looks clearly wrong.

Can I see previous challenge results?

Some past results may not be visible everywhere in the app yet.

If you need help with a specific previous challenge, send support your username, the friend or group involved, and the date of the challenge.

Why do scores differ across time zones?

Time zones can affect how daily steps and game results appear, especially when friends are in different time zones. Results are calculated relative to your own timezone, from 12:00am to 11:59pm.

If results look wrong, contact support with screenshots, usernames, and each player's timezone so the team can investigate.

What should I do if the app crashes?

Update Stompers from the App Store, restart your phone, then try opening the app again.

If it keeps crashing, contact support with your device model, iOS version, Stompers app version, and what you were doing right before the crash.

How do I delete a photo?
